Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Sirius Strategy LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide digital marketing, AI automation, web development, content creation, CRM management, and related consulting services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We accept credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work product (websites, designs, content) created specifically for you becomes your property. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, AI models, and methodologies.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, analytics, and technical specifications.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance. Response times vary by plan: Starter (48h), Growth (24h), Scale (4h).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all deliverables completed to date and assist with transition. Early termination fees may apply for annual contracts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County.
